1. Inspect Your Mounting Hardware First

Before installing your new visors, take a close look at your original mounting pivots and the plastic visor clips on the inner side of the rearview mirror. Often, if a visor is sagging, the culprit is a cracked plastic clip or a worn-out tension spring in the mounting bracket. If your hardware is brittle or yellowed, we highly recommend replacing those small components at the same time as the visors.
