Tip 1: Achieving the Perfect Fitment

As noted in the product description, the chrome plating on the rack housing and the interior of the mount can sometimes create a very tight interference fit. Before you attempt to bolt the assembly to your beam, use a fine-grit sandpaper (around 400 grit) to lightly dress the mounting surface of the rack housing. Tip 3: Steering Shaft Alignment and U-Joints
