This product is confirmed to fit the following aircooled models:

• Volkswagen Beetle (Type 1): Fits all years equipped with a stock-style muffler.

Pro Tech Tips for Installation and Maintenance

Clean the Muffler Outlets: Before sliding the zoom tubes onto your stock muffler, use a wire brush or emery cloth to remove any rust, carbon buildup, or old gasket material from the muffler's exit ports. A clean, smooth surface ensures a better seal and prevents exhaust leaks at the clamp point.

Prevent Chrome Pitting: To keep the chrome finish looking its best, regularly wipe down the tubes with a dedicated chrome polish. Because these are located at the rear of the vehicle, they are frequently exposed to road salt and moisture.
