Use this cable shortening kit to make a stock vw throttle cable work in any sand rail.

After you have cut your cable to length simply slip your cable into the end and tighten the allen screw. Then slide the shortening kit through the linkage or barrel clamp to attach to the carb.

Stock throttle tube passes through the fan housing protecting the cable from wear and breakage. Tube measures 9 1/2 inches long.
