Sun-Soak for Easy Stretching: Vinyl can be stiff and difficult to work with right out of the box. For the best fit, lay the seat cover out in the direct sun for about 30 minutes before installation. The heat will make the vinyl much more pliable, allowing you to stretch it over the fiberglass shell corners without struggling or causing uneven tension.

Secure with High-Tack Adhesive: To prevent the cover from sliding or "ballooning" when you sit on it, apply a high-quality automotive spray adhesive to the center sections of the fiberglass shell. Once the adhesive is tacky, press the diamond-patterned center into place first, then pull the edges over the sides of the shell for a secure, permanent bond.

Maintain the Stitching: Because this cover features a diamond-stitch pattern, dirt and debris can sometimes settle into the seams. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners that can weaken the thread. Instead, use a soft-bristled brush and a dedicated vinyl cleaner to keep the stitching bright and prevent premature wear from grit friction.
