(Purchasing front & rear patch sections will NOT make a complete floor pan)The 1946-70 VW floor pan features inverted inches L inches seat rails. (The 1971-72 floor pans have inches T inches seat rails.) Installation will require welding inner edge to chassis- just like original factory floor pans. Outer edge bolts to heat channel. Floor pan ships with black rust inhibitor. Floor pans will need to be sanded and primed prior to installation

Battery Tray, 1952-79 Beetle and Super Beetle Sedan and Convertible, 11 inches Long X 15 inches Wide, 111-809-169 are the nicest battery trays have been able to acquire! These require trimming your old Floor Pan Cancer out, Match Trimming the 2 for compatibility, then welding this in. If this battery tray is not big enough to repair your hole, you will need the next size up, which is our Right Rear 1/4 Floor Pan.

Front Center Kick Panel (Front Firewall), 1958-77 Standard Beetle Sedan and 1958-70 Convertible, 113-805-451F is the vertical panel immediately over the Tunnel Hump, in front of the pedal assembly. It runs from the base of the body up to the fuel tank support. This rusts out from water and salt from the front tires. Made of die-formed and shaped heavy-gauge primer-coated steel for protection against rust. Welding required!
