1. Always Check Your Degrees of Articulation
When installing these misalignment spacers, it is crucial to cycle your suspension or steering through its entire range of motionfrom full "bump" to full "droop"before finalizing your mounts. While these spacers significantly increase the angle a Heim joint can achieve, you must ensure that the body of the rod end does not still make contact with your mounting tabs at the extremes. If you find it is still binding, you may need to adjust the angle of your mounting brackets or utilize a different spacer height to achieve the clearance necessary for a safe and functional setup.
2. Use Grade 8 Hardware for All Suspension Connections
