Repair your rusted or damaged heater box ends with these heater box repair pipes made by EMPI. The repair pipes are made of zinc-plated steel and are sold as a pair. The pipes can be pressed into the damaged ends of the heater boxes to create a solid surface to clamp down the fresh air hoses. The pipes have a stepped outside diameter from 29mm to 35mm and are 50mm long. These repair pipes can be used on air-cooled VWs except 1971 to 1979 Bus models.

The 3 bolt flange exhaust gasket is the original steel sandwiched type used by VW. The exhaust gasket is used on 1975 through 1979 California Model Standard & Super Beetles between the exhaust cross over pipe and the catalytic converter. It is also used on 1975 through 1978 Type 2 Bus exhaust ports at the heater box. The gasket is sold individually.
