Does anyone know the size of the bolts that hold the transaxle to the horns? I need to get some longer ones to get full thread into the horns.

We offer a OEM replacement if you cannot get any local. Our sand rail chassis and alot of other companys use 3/4 course if you don't have a factory torsion housing

cokercha, I have factory horns on my bug (1970), I fabbed my own tube bumper, and the mounting tabs are 1/4" flat stock material. It seems like the bolt is dropping into the hole too deep before catching threads. I think the bolt is 20 mm x ? long, not sure. I just need a bolt that is longer to catch more thread. Thanks for your reply though.
